Vintage black steampunk steamgoth victorian very soft lace reptile print noisy nylon long lined skirt. The skirt has a slippy shiny inner lining, the outer layer is part semi sheer embroidered stunning lace with frilly details and part reptile embossed with a slight gloss shine to it.
