An beautiful soft slippy noisy semi sheer top skirt petticoat half slip, it has so 4 tiers to it, the bottom 3 tiers are slightly sliff and noisey where as the top tier is slippy soft and semi sheer, it has an elasticated waist band, note the elastic could do with replacing as it is loosing it's stretch but still can be worn.
