WOW a rare vintage piece, it has so much stunning detail, there's gold braid and metalic threads, ornate handkerchief inner skirt and outer skirt. It also has a deep rouched elasticated waist band. The skirt also has a slight sheen to it, so soft and comfy to wear, it does have quite an heavy drop.
